Scott A. Mr. Steinberg also has vast experience in Debtor and Creditor Law, commercial transactions, real estate, and general corporate matters. He has more than 35 years of experience in these areas and has appeared in many of the largest and most complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases throughout the country. Mr. Steinberg regularly represents small and mid-size businesses in Chapter 11 and out of court workouts. He also regularly represents various creditor constituents, including, secured and unsecured creditors, buyer of assets, lenders, landlords, and official creditors’ committees.
Mr. Steinberg is also a seasoned litigator, appearing in state and federal court representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various litigated matters. In addition, he has significant experience in commercial transactions, general corporate matters, and real estate.
Mr. Steinberg has lectured for bar associations and has published several articles. He is rated AV Preminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
